Collaborating with venues throughout South East QLD and Northern NSW regions, we showcase the latest range of Moco Exclusive Products while chefs and restauranteurs connect, building and growing partnerships with industry leaders and innovators in food service. 

Moco Chef Collective @ Fat Cow, Brisbane

On the 15 September 2025, Moco Food Services, collaborating with strategtic partners Paradigm Foods, Simplot Australia and Primo Foods, hosted an invitation-only lunch for the first time, uniting respected chefs and industry leaders at the Fatcow Restaurant on James Street. This gathering of peers in the food service industry, coined as the "Moco Chef Collective" was a great success for all involved, so much so that Moco looked ahead to 2026 to organise more Moco Chef Collectives.

Moco Chef Collective @ Cora, Gold Coast

On the 30 March 2026, Moco Food Services hosted its first Moco Chef Collective of 2026 on the Gold Coast at Cora, showcasing products from exclusive products from Priestley's, Mama Kim's and Byron Bay Mozzarella. Hosting an exclusive lunch with chefs and industry leaders from the Gold Coast area in a laid-back, seaside venue sparked great conversations and insights among guests and Moco food specialists.

Moco Chef Collective @ Mapelton Public House, Sunshine Coast

Fresh off the previous Moco Chef Collective on the Gold Coast, on 25th May, Moco worked with Mapleton Public House on the Sunshine Coast to organise a new Moco Chef Collective, inviting chefs and restaurateurs from the Sunshine Coast area. Surrounded by the picturesque Sunshine Coast Hinterlands, guests enjoyed the historic charm and sweeping views surrounding the venue, setting the scene for an unforgettable culinary experience.
